We collect certain information to create/support user accounts, provide our services, enforce compliance with our terms, and improve our services:
- User Data: Name, image, email, and date of birth are collected from your Google account for authentication purposes. These data are retained until account deletion.
- Email Content: Users forward emails to our service for AI-generated content creation. These emails are deleted within 24 hours. However, we retain the subject lines of these emails for history preservation.
- Usage Data: Data on how users utilize our services, such as the dates and times of use, may be collected and used for service improvement purposes.
2. Sharing Information
- Partners: Your emails and associated data may be shared with partner services like OpenAI and Celonis for processing. Their respective privacy policies apply to data shared with them.
- Legal Compliance: We may share your data as necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
3. User Control Over Data
You have control over your data:
- Account Deletion: You can delete all your data by requesting account deletion. All associated information, including emails sent to us, will be deleted.

4. Protection of Minors
AIMailer does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.

AIMailer Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern all use of the AIMailer and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Vikas Vimal Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). The Services are offered subject to your acceptance of all terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Users must agree to these terms before using the Services. The Services are not intended for anyone under 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these TOS.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring anyone accessing the Services through their account complies with these TOS. Users are solely responsible for any actions taken in reliance on the Services or the information contained therein.
3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Users are expected to check for updates regularly.
4. Services and Limitations
The Services are provided "as is". We offer no warranties or guarantees, and the Services should not be used for business-critical purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of responses generated by our AI. We may alter, suspend, add to, or discontinue the Services at any time, at our discretion, without notice.
5. Privacy and Data
Your data is stored for the purpose of improving the Services. Your data can be deleted by deleting your account. By using the Services, users consent to the collection and use of their personal information as per our Privacy Policy.
6. Proprietary Rights
We maintain all rights to the Services and its contents. Users retain ownership rights to the data they provide (Customer Data) but grant us a license to access, process, copy, export, and display Customer Data as necessary for providing the Services.
7. Payments
Certain Services require payment. Payments may be processed through a third-party payment processor linked to the user's Account. The Service may include automatically recurring payments for periodic charges. Users authorize us or our third-party payment processors to periodically charge all accrued sums until cancellation.
8. Termination
Users can stop using the Services at any time. We can terminate or suspend a user's access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Certain provisions of this agreement will survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for damages beyond the amount paid by the user for the use of the Services.
10. Governing Law
All matters relating to the Services and these TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action arising out of these TOS shall be brought in courts located in Ontario, Canada.
